The alternator and brackets work in the Shark chassis without modification.
Can you put a corvette engine in a camaro. The L32 V6 engine was used in the Camaro and Firebird F-body cars with moderate success. None to be honest. The 1995 Z28 camaro has a v8 engine in it.
The Camaro is a powerful car so I dont think a full engine swap would be worth the effort. You can save a few bucks if you find an LS take-out engine from a 19982002 Camaro or Firebird. Yes the lfx engine will fit in a 2011 Camaro mine is a 2010 and is using an lfx engine.
They are cheaper and can handle bigger power loads and this is why you see iron-block versions juiced to the hilt with nitrous. If you want your Camaro to have more power consider a turbo kit or supercharger maybe some other performance upgrades if they dont do it for you. So that means you can put a regular car intake on your LT4 engine.
Just make sure you get the complete engine harness computer. I found mine on Craigslist for a good deal. You can use the 92-93 fuel rails on all of the intakes but you can only use the 94-97 fuel rails on the later model intakes.

If you choose this setup changing the alternator on the side of the road would not be good. The first is to allow you to bolt an LT4 blower to a non-LT4 head.
Where can you get an lfx engine. The roller rockers are aftermarket not. Another added bonus is the fact that these LS based engines regularly see 30 mpg on the freeway when combined with the 6-speed manual in a heavier Camaro and Corvette.
